Full planning  takes place  8-18 months prior to your wedding date.
This service is for couples who are not sure where to start with planning your special day.  Our wedding specialists will guide you through the entire process from save the dates to managing the flow of your wedding date.  We will plan and manage all of the details of your wedding rehearsal, ceremony ,cocktail hour and  reception with our Full Planning Package. This service includes:

Full Wedding Planning Service

  • Pre Wedding  Zoom consultation (at least 8 months prior to your wedding date)

  • Assist with wedding website creation

  • Assist with save the date creation

  • Provide premarital counseling recommendations

  • Provide recommendations for  invitation design 

  • Provide seating chart guidance

  • Up to 3 in person or video meetings with couple

  • Up to 3 wedding venue meetings (video or in person meetings) 

  • Scheduled phone, video, text, & email contacts leading up to your wedding (in person visits require a 7 day notice )

  • Wedding venue recommendations

  • Vendor selection assistance (photography,videography,catering,baker,DJ, entertainment,transportation,event rentals,makeup artist,hair stylist,officiant,audio/visual,entertainment, & security)

  • Venue and vendor contract review so you are well informed about the process and compliant with contracts 

  • Create & manage budget and timeline

  • RSVP management assistance

     

  • Day of Coordination (Up to 10 hours)

     

  • 2 wedding specialists on your wedding day (up to 10 hours) to ensure you are enjoying creating memories with your loved ones

  • Access to our Wedding Day Emergency Kit

  • SET UP (ITEMS NOT PROVIDED) of  Guest Book | Cake cutting set | Menus | Place Cards  |Programs|Table numbers |Card Box

     

  • Full access to our Decor rentals

  •  Assist guests and bridal party with seating

     

  • Monitor and coordinate all vendors from check in to check out 

     

  • Distribute payments and gratuities to all vendors

     

  • 1 hour Ceremony Rehearsal (the week of the wedding date)

     

  • Guide the newlyweds through the reception 

     

  • Return personal decor ,florals and gifts to a designated family member/friend at the end of the event
