Partial Planning takes place 3-7 months  prior to  your wedding date.

This service is for couples who are mostly planned but need someone to pull the loose ends together and execute the event so you can enjoy creating memories at your wedding.  Our  wedding specialists manage all the details of your wedding rehearsal, ceremony and  reception with our Partial Planning Package. This service includes:

• Pre Wedding consultation (at least 3 months prior to wedding date)

• Up to 3 in person or video meetings

• Up to 3 venue meetings 

• Unlimited scheduled phone, video, text, & email contacts 90 days leading up to your wedding

• Venue and vendor contract review

•  Provide vendor selection assistance

• Assist with budget review and wedding planning timeline

• Wedding Day Management (Up to 8 hours)

• 2 wedding specialists on your  wedding day (up to 8 hours)

• Wedding day emergency kit

• SET UP of personal DÉCOR (the decor is not provided by Dani Cymone Events unless paired with  one of our decor service packages):Guest Book | Cake cutting Set | Menus | Place Cards | Favors |Programs|Table numbers |

• Guests' seating

• Monitor all vendors from check in to check out on the wedding day

• Distribute payments and gratuities to all vendors

• Ceremony Rehearsal (week of the wedding)

• Guide the newlyweds through the reception 

• Return personal decor ,florals and gifts  to a designated loved one at the end of the event
